Lauren Watson is a strategic nonprofit leader and the founder of Lauren Watson Grants LLC.
With over 15 years of experience in grant writing, nonprofit administration, and capacity building, we partner with Mission-driven organizations and small businesses to help them grow with clarity, confidence, and measurable impact.

As both a development consultant and nonprofit Executive Director, Lauren brings unique insight into what organizations need to scale effectively and sustainably. Combining STEM background and impact-informed problem solving with compassionate leadership, she supports emerging and scaling nonprofits across Oregon and the Nation.
